2. What the Service is

StreamSearch Up is a free streaming availability lookup tool. It allows you to search for movies and TV shows and find which streaming platforms currently carry them across 68 countries. No account or login is required.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service — for example by sending automated requests that could overload our systems, scraping data in bulk, or attempting to circumvent any rate limits.

4. Accuracy of information

Streaming availability data is provided by the Watchmode API and is updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee it is always current. Streaming libraries change frequently. Always verify on the platform itself before purchasing or subscribing.

5. Third-party links and affiliate content

The Service displays affiliate links (including Audible and NordVPN) and advertisements via Google AdSense. These link to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through an affiliate link, at no extra cost to you.

6. Intellectual property

The StreamSearch Up name, logo, and site content are owned by the creator. Streaming platform names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Use of those marks on this site is for descriptive purposes only and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamSearch Up and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
